  • Obtain building plans. Building plans consist of a floor plan, elevations, and a cross wall section. Building plans must show braced wall sections and a tall-wall plan for walls over 12 feet.

  • Sketch out an erosion control plan.
  • Download the permit application
  • Fill out the highlighted areas.
