• Obtain Building Plans. Building plans consist of a floor plan, elevations, and a crosswall section. Building plans must show Braced Wall Sections and a Tall-Wall plan for walls over 12 feet. PDF files are preferred.
• Obtain a Rescheck from your HVAC contractor or use the link to do yourself.
• Sketch out an Erosion Control plan.
• Download the Permit Application and Construction Deposit Agreement form from the links below.
• Fill out the highlighted areas on the construction deposit form.
• Mail application,plans, Erosion Control Plan,  Rescheck(heat loss calculation) and Construction Deposit Agreement with 2 checks to:
