  • Obtain a ResCheck from your HVAC contractor or use the link to do yourself.

  • Download the permit application and Construction Deposit Agreement from the links below.
  • Fill out the highlighted areas.
  • Mail Application, Plans, Erosion Control Plan, ResCheck and Construction Deposit Agreement with 2 checks to:
