- Obtain building plans. Building plans consist of a floor plan, elevations, and a cross wall section. Building plans must show braced wall sections and a tall-wall plan for walls over 12 feet.
- Obtain a ResCheck from your HVAC contractor or use the link to do yourself.
- Sketch out an erosion control plan.
- Download the permit application
- Fill out the highlighted areas.
- Mail Application, Plans, Erosion Control Plan, ResCheck and permit fee to:
