  • Obtain Building Plans. Building plans consist of a floor plan, elevations, and a cross wall section. Building plans must show Braced Wall Sections and a tall-wall plan for walls over 12 feet. PDF files are preferred. 
  • Obtain a Rescheck from your HVAC contractor or use the link to do yourself.
  • Sketch out an Erosion Control plan.
  • Download the permit Application, Construction Deposit  form from the links below.
  • Mail Application, Plans, Erosion Control plan,  ResCheck, Construction Deposit Agreement with 2 checks to:
