  • Obtain Building Plans. Building plans consist of a floor plan, elevations, and a cross wall section. Building plans must show Braced Wall Sections and a tall-wall plan for walls over 12 feet. pdf files are preferred but not necessary. 
  • Obtain a Rescheck from your HVAC contractor or use the link to do yourself.
  • Sketch out an Erosion Control plan.
  • Download the permit Application  form from the link below.
  • Mail application, plans, erosion control plan,  ResCheck and permit fee to:
