Inspection Schedule

1.Foundation Inspection:

Call before backfill after foundation wall foam and drain tile with stone have been installed.  Plumbing underground rough-ins should be exposed and inspected at this time if possible.

2. Meter Pedestal Inspection

3. Rough Construction, Electrical HVAC and Plumbing

4. Insulation:

Vapor retarder has to installed on walls and ceilings.  Attic insulation will be inspected during final inspection on most  projects.

5. Final Inspection:

All electrical devices, plumbing fixtures, exterior siding, handrails, and interior finishes except final flooring (stairs should have final flooring for dimension verification).
