I’ve been a Wisconsin licensed UDC inspector since 2006 serving Langlade county and 4 townships in Oconto county.  I’m licensed by the State as an UDC construction inspector, UDC electrical inspector, UDC hvac inspector, and an UDC plumbing inspector.  I’ve been a licensed Home inspector since 2012 and am a member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors.

Each of these duties offer their own rewards.  As an UDC inspector I am able to help contractors and homeowners achieve their goal of producing a building that is safe and energy efficient.  It’s a pleasure working with skilled contractors and homeowners who are conscientious about using the building codes to produce a good product.

As a home inspector I help buyers and sellers discover potential problems about a home that is being listed  on the real estate market.   This not only benefits a buyer but also a seller who can address these issues before listing their property.  It is always satisfying to see both sides of the real estate transaction understand and come to an agreement on  issues  affecting  the integrity of the home.
