Inspection Schedule

1.Foundation inspection:

call before backfill after foam and drain tile with stone have been installed.

2. Meter pedestal inspection

3. Rough construction, electrical hvac and plumbing

4. Insulation:

vapor retarder has to installed on walls and ceilings.  attic insulation will be inspected during final inspection on most  projects.

5. Final inspection:

all electrical devises, plumbing fixtures, exterior siding, interior finishes except final flooring and handrails need to be installed.
